WHO WE ARE
Through meetings, social events, and volunteer projects, our members learn about the issues facing our community. We partner with other local, national, and global organizations to exchange ideas about solutions and to draw up action plans to respond.
Along with these opportunities to serve, members also are able to regularly network, resulting in lifelong friendships and business connections.
Our club is a proud part of this community and of Rotary International.
Ways We Serve
Serving People
We partner with the Galway Lake association to have a canned food drive every year with proceeds benefitting the Greater Galway Food Pantry and Galway Backpack Program. We shop for families so their children can have a fulfilling holiday.
Serving Community
We partner with the Town of Galway to co-host the annual Blueberry Festival. We also hold 2 business networking events each year to help build connections in the surrounding community.
Serving All
Our annual scholarships for a graduating Galway Central School Seniors are given to 2 deserving students: One who is going to college and one who is attending a trade or vocational school. Our Warm Galway project helped dozens of families prepare for winter with proper outerwear.
